Prime Video Redesign

Role: Sr. UX Designer
Team: Prime Video UX Team
Year: 2023

Background: This project was a UX-led initiative within Prime Video that builds upon the foundation established by past projects for Living Room. The project incorporates customer and business feedback to enhance the viewing experience across multiple platforms, including Fire TV, Android, and iOS. Its primary goals include surfacing channel subscription value to help customers recognize the benefits of their subscriptions, jump-starting projects across all devices, and delivering key UX enhancements such as displaying provider logos on carousels and hero images, elevating Movies & TV Shows pages to main navigation, and enabling dome promotions for hero carousels. Supported by extensive UX research—including quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, usability testing, eye tracking, and card sorting this project aims to meet evolving customer and business needs while refining the overall Prime Video experience.

My focus was navigation, browse/discovery, and customer entitlement. I drove design workshops, developed designs, and presented to leadership.
